HREPL HAS REPRESENTED THAT HREPL IS THE LEGAL AND REGISTERED OWNER OF A PARCEL OF FREEHOLDCONTIGUOUS LICENSED LAND ADMEASURING APPROX. 27.4713ACRES WITH ALL RIGHTS THERETO, SITUATED AT SECTOR-70A,VILLAGE- PALRA, DISTRICT GURUGRAM, HARYANA. THE TOTAL LAND INCLUDES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND WITH AND FAR OF 2,33,372.00 SQ.FT. TO BE USED BY CAPITAL HEIGHTS PVT. LTD. FORTHE DEVELOPMENT OF A GROUP HOUSING COLONY COMPRISINGUNDER 3 TOWERS SERIALLY NUMBERED AS TOWER NO. S-1, S-2AND S-14 AND COMMUNITY BUILDING AREA ALONG WITH AN UNDIVIDED PROPORTIONATE SHARE IN THE TOTAL LAND THAT ALSO INCLUDES THE PROPORTIONATE LAND RESERVED FOR CARRYING OUT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTIONS, FORMING PART OF THE TOTAL LAND, REFERRED TO AS THE PROJECT LAND. TO BE USED BY CAPITAL HEIGHTS PVT. LTD. FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OFA GROUP HOUSING COLONY COMPRISING UNDER 3 TOWERSSERIALLY NUMBERED AS TOWER NO. S-1, S-2 AND S-14 ALONG
