As per sub-rule(2) of rule 3 of the Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules,2017, the fee for registration of the project as has been calculated as follows:
Annexure-B- COPIES OF REGISTERED COLLABORATION AGREEMENTS AND REGISTERED POWER OF ATTORNEYS HAVE BEEN ANNEXED WITH THE APPLICATION.
1. ORIGINAL REGISTERED COLLABORATION AGREEMENTS WERE EXECUTED ON 19.01.2014 I.E. BEFORE GRANT OF LICENSE AND ADDENDUM TO THE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT HAS BEEN EXECUTED AFTER GRANT OF LICENSE.
2. GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEYS WERE EXECUTED IN THE YEAR 2015 I.E. BEFORE THE GRANT OF LICENSE. BUT REGISTERED POWER OF ATTORNEYS HAVE BEEN EXECUTED AFTER GRANT OF LICENSE.

1. THERE ARE TWO COLLABORATION AGREEMENTS DATED 19.01.2014 IN RESPECT OF LAND MEASURING 9.843 ACRES AND 5.862 ACRES IN WHICH IN 11613 SQ. YDS. OF RESIDENTIAL AREA AND 200 SQ. YDS. OF COMMERCIAL AREA HAS TO BE GIVEN TO THE LAND OWNERS. IN THE OTHER AGREEMENT MEASURING 5.862 ACRES, RESIDENTIAL PLOTS MEASURING 7035 SQ. YDS. HAS TO BE GIVEN TO THE LAND OWNERS. DETAILS OF THE PLOT TO BE GIVEN TO THE LAND OWNERS IS ANNEXED. CLAUSE 4.2 OF THE AGREEMENT CONFERS THE RIGHTS UPON THE SECOND PARTY/ DEVELOPER TO DEVELOP AND COMPLETE THE COLONY.
CLAUSE 4.3 OF THE AGREEMENT CONFERS THE RIGHTS UPON THE SECOND PARTY TO BOOK, ALLOT FOR SALE, TRANSFER AGAINST CONSIDERATION THE DEVELOPED AREA.
CLAUSE 15.2 OF THE AGREEMENT CONFERS UPON THE SECOND PARTY TO EXECUTE AND REGISTER PROPER SALE DEEDS/ TITLE DEEDS / SUB-LEASE DEEDS IN FAVOUR OF THE TRANSFEREES/ PURCHASERS IN RESPECT OF THEIR RESPECTIVE ALLOCATIONS IN THE PROJECT.
CLAUSE 15.3 OF THE AGREEMENT CONFERS UPON THE SECOND PARTY TO EXCLUSIVELY MARKET AND SELL THE PROPOSED DEVELOPED SPACES IN THE PROJECT.
