1. THE OWNER OF THE LICENSED LAND HAS HANDED OVER THE POSSESSION OF THE LAND TO THE PROMOTER FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE DEEN DAYAL JAN AWAS YOJNA (DDJAY) FROM THE DATE OF EXECUTION OF THE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT AND POWER OF ATTORNEYS.

3. THE AREA SHARING AMONGST THE COLLABORATOR AND THE PRMOTER@1200 SQ. YARDS PER ACRE SHALL FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT.
