As per learned counsel for DH, decretal amount has not been paid till now and hence, directors of JD are liable to be detained in civil prison. It is well settled till now that in case of recovery, arrest of JD/directors of JD is last resort. Considering same, no reason to issue arrest warrant against directors of JD at this stage. It is worth mentioning that JD has already been directed to disclose assets/property of JD including bank account till next date. The application is thus dismissed.
