Apart from standard clauses of the Agreement for Sale mandated by RERA,
following are the key aspect of the Plot Buyer Agreement: 1. Jotindra Steel
and Tubes Limited is the Promoter of the Project. 2. DTCP has granted
licence to develop Residential Affordable Group Housing Colony to the
Company.. 3. The Project is being developed on 4.68125 acres of land 4. The
timeline for possession of the Plot shall be mentioned in the agreement
however, the Promoter shall endeavor to offer the possession before this
date. 5. In case the Allottee fails to take possession of the Plot from the
Promoter, the Allottee shall be liable to pay Holding Charges to the Promoter
till the time the Allottee takes possession. 6. The Promoter shall give penalty
for delayed possession as per RERA. The Provisions of RERA Rules have been added into agreements.
