Annexure-B- AHCL HAD ENTERED INTO A COLLABORATION AGREEMENT FOR AREA SHARE WITH NAURANG INVESTMENT AND FINANCIAL SERVICE PVT LTD AND SAMPARK HOTELS PVT LTD DATED 1.3.2013
THIS AGREEMENT WAS FURTHER EXTENDED ON 1.6.2017 THROUGH A REGISTERED SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT. THIS ARRANGEMENT HAS NOW BEEN CHANGED INTO A REVENUE SHARE THROUGH A REGISTERED REVENUE SHARE AGREEMENT DATED 1.8.2018.
AHCL HAS ALSO ENTERED INTO A REGISTERED AREA SHARE AGREEMENT WITH M/S GEO CONNECT AND WRANGLER BUILDER PVT LTD. DATED 14.6.2017, THIS AGREEMENT HAS NOW BEEN AMENDED TO A REVENUE SHARE AGREEMENT THROUGH A REGISTERED REVENUE SHARE AGREEMENT DATED 1.8.2018.
ALL LAND OWNERS HAVE GIVEN IRREVOCABLE GPA TO ANSAL HOUSING AND CONSTRUCTION LTD WITH A REGISTERED GPA (POWER OF ATTORNEY)
