(B) IT IS DECIDED THAT IF THE DEVELOPER FIRM ADDS ANY LAND OTHER THAN THE ABOVE LAND MEASURING 12 KANAL 03 MARLA IN OBTAINING THE LICENSE ETC. FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT, THEN THE LAND OWNERS WILL HAVE NO RIGHT, CLAIM OR INTEREST IN SUCH LAND OR ITS DEVELOPED AREA, THAT IS, THE LAND OWNERS WILL ONLY GET A PROPORTIONATE SHARE OF THE SALE AMOUNT IN RESPECT OF THEIR LAND.
