1. Land owners have entered into a collaboration agreement with the “Promoter” for the purpose of development of land at Vasika No.7399 at Sector 3 Gurgaon into a Residential Group Housing Colony.
2. The said land will have 3 Towers namely Tower A, Tower B and Tower C.
3. The Land Owner/Promoter has obtained all the necessary statutory approvals for the development of the project.
4. The units will be sold on the basis rate dependent on carpet area of the flat. But, in addition to this rate, applicable GST shall be payable by the prospective buyers.
5. Initial and subsequent subscription/charges for Club shall be borne by the prospective buyers.
6. IFMS charges; as applicable are not included in the rate as mentioned in (2) above and have to be borne by the prospective buyers at the time of the taking over of the possession of the their flats.
7. Timely payment by the buyers and timely completion of the project by the builder is the essence of this agreement.
8. The proposed date of completion of the project is 31/05/2021.
