RANESH KUMAR ON LAND ADMEASURING 0.843 ACRES. THE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT AND POWER OF ATTORNEY WAS MADE BEFORE THE GRANT OF LICENSE.

THE IMPORTANT CLAUSES OF THE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT WHERE THE APPLICANT HAVE THE POWER TO DEVELOP/ CONSTRUCT THE PROJECT LAND IS AS UNDER: CLAUSE 2. THE OWNERS HAVE HANDED OVER TO THE DEVELOPER THE VACANT PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF THE SAID LAND FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT AND HAVE VESTED IN THE NOMINEE OF THE DEVELOPER SUCH POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF THE OWNERS AS IS CONSIDERED NECESSARY FOR OBTAINING THE REQUISITE PERMISSIONS, SANCTIONS, APPROVALS ETC. FOR THE DEVELOPMENT ON THE SAID LAND. CLAUSE 3.
