THROUGH POWER OF ATTORNEY WHICH IS DULY IRREVOCABLE AND REGISTERED, THE LAND OWNED COMPANY APPOINT THE DEVELOPER AS A LAWFUL ATTORNEY FOR DEVELOP, SALE, MARKET AND TO EXECUTE THE CONVEYANCE / SALE DEED ETC. FURTHER, AS PER CLAUSE NO. 2.2.3 OF THE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT, THE CONSIDERATION HAVE BEEN AGREED BETWEEN THE LAND OWNER COMPANIES AND THE DEVELOPER.
