The Registration Certificate issued for the earlier approved FAR of the project vide Registration No. 17 of 2O18 dated 24.O1.2018 (Interim RERA, Panchkula) stands subsumed in this registration certificate without affecting the obligations and liabilities of M/s Prompt Engineering Private Limited towards the existing allottees. Earlier Registration no. 17 of 2018 dated 24.01.2018 comprises of total sanctioned Commercial FAR of 43,294.316 Sq. Mtrs. stands amended after incorporating additional FAR under GRIHA, TOD and TDR. The completion date of the project is kept same in this amended registration as per the original registration certificate.
